Sources Sought Notice

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, is seeking sources for the following procurement:

Items (radiopharmaceuticals see attached list) are to be delivered to the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, TX 78229. Delivery period: one (1) year, with one (1) one-year option period.

NCO 17 is seeking sources from firms that can manufacture and/or provide these items and services. Contractor must be licensed by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC), or a State with a formal Agreement with the USNRC that allows the State to regulate radioactive materials (Licensee) and be regularly established in the business of providing radiopharmaceuticals at the scale and frequency necessary to meet this requirement. Contractor/licensee shall meet all applicable Nuclear Regulatory Commission, VA/National Health Physics Program (NHPP), Department of Transportation, FDA, Joint Commission, OSHA, State, and Federal requirements, rules, and/or regulations related to the supply of radiopharmaceuticals. Radiopharmaceutical items must be delivered within their shelf-life. Firms that can provide these items/services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of this notice to be considered. Capable firms must identify their company name and are encouraged to provide a capabilities statement (if readily available) with their response.

This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice.
