Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to B.E. Meyers – Advanced Photonics., 9461 Willows Road NE, Suite 100 Redmond, WA 98052, for 10 Laser Aiming Devices. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
