Scope of Services
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Central Landfill Leachate Tank Construction, located at 140 County Landfill Road, Palatka, Florida 3211. The work includes furnishing and installing, complete, including labor, equipment, parts, materials, and other work incidental for the 1) preparation of the site for construction of tank foundation and containment area, 2) construction of concrete for tank foundation and coordination with tank vendor, 3) coordinate with tank vendor for erection of the Owner supplied bolted plate tank, 4) construction of concrete for the secondary containment area and access stairs, 5) core opening in existing concrete containment wall and grout sleeves, 6) provide as-built survey information.
