APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Risk Management and Compliance Division (RMC), is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing internal controls, financial management, and information technology (IT) support services. The Government seeks information on contractor capabilities to support flood insurance operations, internal control design and assessment, IT general controls, cybersecurity, enterprise planning, and implementation of applicable federal standards, including OMB Circular A-123, GAO’s Green Book, and NIST Special Publication 800-53. This Request for Information is issued solely for planning purposes in accordance with FAR 15.201(e) and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the Government.
