The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-25-R-4316 for the maintenance, modernization, product improvements, and design support for existing Dry Deck Shelter (DDS) Program assets. The solicitation seeks to procure support for: maintenance availability planning and execution; host submarine interface equipment and fit-ups; Field Change (FC) design, kitting, and installations; DDS inspection and repairs; maintaining the DDS Rotatable Pool; and engineering support. The Government anticipates making a single award on or around July 2026.This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested offerors should monitor the PIEE/SAM.gov page for any applicable solicitation amendments, thereafter. This posting does not include all relevant attachments. To receive access to the additional Section J Attachments (Exhibit A and Attachments 1,2,3,4,5,7,10,12,13,14 and 17) ? the Offeror shall follow the instructions outlined in Section L 1.3, AVAILABILITY OF ATTACHMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.
