It is the intent of the City of Eugene to solicit proposals for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) contract for the construction of the Franklin Boulevard: A Partnership to Rebuild and Revive a Corridor Project. In response to a written request, the City will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement. Requests should be sent to RLove@eugene-or.gov by 2:00 PM on December 31, 2024. A copy of the written findings is attached.
