Solicitation Summary
It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one or more qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Housing Needs Assessment. This assessment will inform city policies and planning efforts, aiming to address current and projected housing needs in a rapidly evolving housing market. Additionally, the assessment will include a focused land use evaluation to identify parcels with potential for housing development, including those owned or operated by religious institutions, government entities, schools, surface parking lots, those underserved by infrastructure, and other underutilized parcels within ½ mile of transit.
