Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This shall include: The removal and replacement of approximately 450 feet of direct buried steam and condensate piping with new pre-insulated piping. This shall include all necessary concrete demolition and excavation. Remove and replace approximately 10’ x 45’ of flat work concrete. Remove and replace approximately 40 square feet of existing landscaping. Provide new isolation valve for auditorium steam and condensate piping in existing exterior vault.
Construction Cost Estimate: $393,367.00
