REFERENCE SOLICITATION 36C25226Q0025 FOR THE GULDMANN CEILING LIFT MAINTENANCE. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT
IS TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING SUBMITTED QUESTIONS:
1.) C6 on page 18 mentions the subcontracting limitations to 50%. Does this only apply if it is a SDVOSB submitting?
A: It only comes into play when we are soliciting as an SDVOSB set-aside; however, we are required, by regulations, to
have this clause in all competitively solicited contracts regardless of set-aside.

2.) Does that part (clause) require vendor signature as acknowledgment?
You do not need to sign it, no.
