Oakridge School District No. 76 (Owner) solicits proposals for a construction firm interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Seismic Retrofit Project. The project includes retrofitting the Elementary School Gymnasium for seismic stability. This work will be funded through the Business Oregon Seismic Rehabilitation Grant Program. Work is anticipated to be complete by October of 2025. The construction budget is estimated at $2.1 million.
