NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
West Memphis Utilities is seeking sealed Proposals for the purpose of purchasing and constructing a substation (contract name titled “Substation Construction”).
Sealed Proposals will be received by West Memphis Utilities, 604 E. Cooper Ave., West Memphis, AR 72301, until 2:00 p.m. local time, November 14, 2024, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Faxed or Emailed Proposals are not acceptable.
Specifications are on file at the office of Fisher & Arnold, Inc. Interested parties must be pre-qualified and may submit qualifications and a request for the proposal documents to: Fisher & Arnold, Inc., Attn: Ms. Rachael Harbourne, 9180 Crestwyn Hills Drive, Memphis, TN 38125, (phone: 901-748-1811; email: rharbourne@fisherarnold.com )
Proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. West Memphis Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals.
