This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333450 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. This solicitation is for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is soliciting offers from Small Businesses to supply the Danville VA Medical Center with new Ultrasound Combination Tables. Biodex Medical Systems Inc. is the manufacturer for part number 058-710. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information along with any other documents necessary to support the requirements.
