Project Description: Consultant will perform the following services: conduct a condition hydrographic survey of the Larkspur Ferry Terminal berths, turning basin, and navigation channel; prepare and implement sediment sampling and analysis plans and reports; perform marine pile condition surveys; design new piling to be installed within Berth 1; coordinate regulatory agency interaction; investigate and secure permits and agreements for sediment disposal and pile installation; prepare permit applications; prepare existing utilities and facilities condition surveys; prepare construction drawings, technical specifications and construction cost estimate for maintenance dredging, pile repairs and replacements, and new pile installation; and assist with the solicitation of an invitation to submit bids for the maintenance dredging of the Larkspur Ferry Terminal berths, turning basin and navigation approach channel and piling work.
