The 76th AMXG is requesting the purchase one ( 1) Portable Shearography Inspection System including software. This requirement must have the following specifications:
• Inspection head minimum requirements:
o built-in laser device with minimum 150 mw laser source.
o built-in thermal stress devices.
o vacuum hood capable of attaching to flat and curved surfaces with minimum 2 ft radius.
o digital Shearography camera with 5.0 MP sensor, capable of recording12-bit video file at 30 FPS.
o flat screen monitor on inspection head for local viewing.
• System Controller: manual and computer controls for vacuum generator and thermal stress devices and power sources.
• Ruggedized high-speed computer for image processing:
o Intel Core i7 processor.
o 16GB minimum Ram, 500GB minimum hard drive.
• Image Processing Software:
o displays real time subtraction, real time phase maps, wrapped/unwrapped and integrated phase maps, color 3-D, and digital displacement measurement capable of saving files
in .jpg and .csv formats.
o programmable test parameters for vacuum and thermal testing including Refresh Before Heat (RBH) and Refresh After Heat (RAH).
o signal to noise ratio (SNR) measurement.
o defect dimensions measurement and area measurement tools.
o low pass, medium and FFT filters.
o Color Palette.
o user generated macros for auto or manual image processing.
