Water Tank Rehab Project
ACEDP Grant #790-09286
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of City of Lockesburg Water Tank Rehab Project in Lockesburg, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Lockesburg 110 E. Main St., P.O. Box 14, Lockesburg, AR 71846 until 1:00 PM on Thursday November 14, 2024 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of: Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to rehab the 50,000 gallon water tank.
Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be purchased from the Engineer for $100.00 per set. No refunds will be made.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and
must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
