Description:
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with SB 989 repairs for 87 unleaded and diesel underground storage tanks (UST). Items requiring repair include:
i. Two (2) Piping sumps: 87 and Diesel.
ii. Two (2) Fill sumps: 87 and Diesel.
iii. Transition sump: Diesel.
