Summary:It is the intention of Region 14 Education Service Center (herein “Region 14 ESC”) to establish a contract for Motor, Aviation, and Bulk Fuels and Related Product and Services for use by Region 14 ESC and other public agencies supported under this contract. The intent of the anticipated resulting contracts of this solicitation is to generate more comprehensive Motor, Aviation, and Bulk Fuels and Related Product and Services solutions contracts replacing the need for later re-solicitations of other Region 14 ESC Fuel contracts including: Bulk Fuel.
Region 14 ESC aims to achieve the following objectives through this RFP. • Provide a comprehensive competitively solicited contract offering products and services to public agencies; • Achieve cost savings for public agencies and suppliers through a single competitive solicitation process that eliminates the need for multiple proposals; • Combine the purchasing power of public agencies to achieve cost effective pricing; • Reduce the administrative and overhead costs of public agencies and suppliers through best in class purchasing procedures.
