FiberLync (Orange County Broadband Authority) referred to herein as âAuthorityâ, âOCBAâ, âFiberLyncâ, and/or âOwnerâ is seeking qualified Offeror(s) to splice and test fiber optic cable including emergency fiber splicing services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to offer prospective Offeror(s) the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities to provide splicing services FiberLync is interested in receiving responses that best serve the needs of its customers and plans to award multiple contracts to provide these services over the next several years.
