We are looking for a three-year service agreement for Cloud Hosting for 5 separate Drupal Custom websites for our various State Library Missions. One of the sites is still on Drupal 7 and requires extra security protections as Drupal 7 is near end of life. The other fourwebsites are on Drupal 9.
Must be able to support monthly high-demand usage for Library events.
We require the following items
- Live Support Chat 24x7: Priority Support
- General Support Tickets 24x7: 2 Hours SLA
- Emergency On-Call ticket support 24x7: 1 Hour
- SSD Storage capacity from a range of 30GB to 100GB
- Automatic backups and Disaster recover
