FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This Synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION a Request for Quote is anticipated and forthcoming. All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted below.
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East (MRCO-E), has a requirement for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC 28310 and anticipates solicitation and award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from RFQ W91YTZ25QA013. This requirement is a service to provide WAMC with the medical gases necessary maintain patient care. The contractor shall supply gases and cylinders, provide needed repair of cylinders, rental of bulk tank(s), rental of cylinders, annual inspection to both contractor-owned primary (1500-gallon tank) and back up tank. Services include calibration, labor, parts, materials, and time, including disposable and consumable supply items. Additional services provided to include remote service/application diagnostic support for the primary and back up vessel.
All medical gases shall conform to specifications prescribed in the United States Pharmacopeia and the National Formulary. All medical gas manufacturers and fillers of medical gases shall be registered with the Federal Drug Administration FDA; and all medical gases shall be manufactured, processed, packed, transported, and stored according to the FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations and Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 210, 211 and 201 for labeling.
