NYSERDA seeks a single contractor or a lead contractor with a team of subcontractors to conduct clean energy program evaluations for each of the following distinct categories of programs: rnCategory A: Market Development and Deployment (MD&D) Evaluation rnCategory B: Innovation and Research (I&R) Evaluation rnAnticipated evaluation activities include but are not limited to market characterization and market effects assessment, indirect and direct impact assessment, and process evaluation. While core evaluation methods and approaches may apply across both categories of programs, the evaluation of the MD&D and I&R categories of programs have notable differences and require specialized evaluation approaches.
