NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT Solicitation RD25-14 NSSS Electrification & Unit Repairs Samuel Shepard, Page Manor, & Towne XV The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) seeks bids to perform the following project: The General Scope of Work for this project will consist of, but not be limited to, removal of natural gas furnaces, water heaters, ranges and related piping; and installation of new exhaust fans and range hoods with exterior exhaust. Seventeen units will also receive general repairs. Performance period to be 180 days. All work will be conducted within the City of St. Louis.
