Synopsis:
|
|
The Rural Municipality of Lomond No. 37 invites proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide full engineering services for the base, sub-base & chip seal of 3.22 km of road lying E. 29 & 32-5-13-W2M on RGE RD 2134. This project has been approved under the 2026 Rural Integrated Roads for Growth (RIRG) Construction Program.
The successful proponent will be required to provide all mandatory engineering services in accordance with the 2025–2026 RIRG Policy Manual, including consultative and advisory services, pre-design, detailed design, tendering, general engineering during construction, and resident engineering services.
Proponents must be licensed to practice in Saskatchewan, assign a P.Eng. registered with APEGS, and demonstrate experience with rural municipal road projects, base, sub-base and seal coat construction, and provincially funded infrastructure programs.
