IFB 24C708000 CHP ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK (AGST) PAINTING SERVICES

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that to provide Aboveground Storage Tank (AGST) Painting Services.  Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿ that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB.  Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits.

1.        License Requirements:  Contractor State License Board (CSLB) C-33, Painting and Decorating Contractor, and Local County or City Business License.

2.        DIR Registration:  Bidders must be registered with the DIR Pursuant to California Labor Code Sections 1770, 1773 and 1773.1.

3. Mandatory DVBE Participation (minimum 5%).
