This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Missouri National Guard requires venue space, lodging rooms, meals, and family team building activities session for approximately 200 participants on 11-12 JUL 2025, preferably located within a 40 mile range of St. Louis, MO. The Missouri National Guard is seeking to identify companies that possess the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for this requirement. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels and the Product Service Code (PSC) is V231 – Transportation/Travel/Relocation—Travel/Lodging/Recruitment Lodging, Hotel/Motel.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the draft Statement of Work. The due date/time for responses to this sources sought notice is no later than 30 May 2025 at 1:00 pm Central Time to Stephen Miller, Contracting Officer, at stephen.j.miller1.civ@army.mil.

A. COMPANY PROFILE. To include: (1) Company name and address; (2) name of point of contact (including telephone and email address); (3) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and/or CAGE Code; and (4) confirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov).

B. Recommended venue capabilities and details to meet agency needs in A2 Draft Statement of Work... Please include property name, address, company CAGE code, and capabilities to provide the venue space, lodging rooms, meals, and family team building activities as described in the Draft Statement of Work. Include estimated reservation lead time and confirmation that the recommended property is a commercial service (sold / offered for sale to the public).
