The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform ICIDS monitoring and maintenance services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Provide alarm monitoring services to comply with Army Regulations. Reduce unit manpower to secure Army assets. Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize system down time. Document alarm incidents to facilitate unit and law enforcement investigations. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed throughout Fort Carson, CO and at 350 Vandenberg St, building 20,000, Colorado Springs, CO.
