Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for specialized community engagement and research co‑production services from Jacobson Rural Solutions as a sole source due to the uniqueness of the services and the suppliers ability to meet strict deadlines. The selected consultant must effectively engage commercial fishing and municipal leaders in research co‑production and capacity building; bring 15+ years combined track record as an extension specialist and local elected official (or equivalent) successfully convening those stakeholders with academic researchers; and possess a documented record of trust‑based relationships enabling the project to begin immediately and finish by fiscal year‑end. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03‑010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
