Klamath County Library Community Courtyard

Klamath County (Owner) solicits proposals from construction firms interested in providing

Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) services for the Klamath County Library

Community Courtyard.

 Project Description:

This project will create a vibrant multi-use community space designed to enhance public

engagement and foster community connection. Features of the Community Courtyard will

include a small amphitheater for library programming and public events, a beautiful park

area, picnic facilities, an inviting water feature, and fully ADA-accessible restrooms and

pathways.

The Klamath County Library Community Courtyard will serve as an outdoor hub for

gatherings, arts and cultural activities, and quiet relaxation, providing a welcoming space

for residents and visitors of all ages and abilities.

Attached please find the project RFP (this document), a concept rendering which have been

used as a base of design (Exhibit B), and a sample contract that is subject to change prior to

signing by the winning Proposer (Exhibit A).

The Owner will serve as the contracting agency for the project.

Submission: Respondents must submit one (1) original, five (5) complete copies, and one (1) USB

flash drive of their proposal to:

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00pm on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026

All proposals that are not time-stamped by the deadline shall be considered late and shall be

returned to the proposer unopened.
