The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified Consultant to assist in creating an Indigenous Guiding Circle for its Arts and Culture (A&C) division. The Consultant will work collaboratively with The City’s A&C’s designated representatives to ensure that the Indigenous Guiding Circle has the necessary support to guide The City’s A&C work and ensure that the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action as committed to in the White Goose Flying Report are central to all City initiatives and grounded in the inclusion and recognition of the diversity of Indigenous Peoples and histories in the area.

This project anticipates the following Phases:

Phase 1: Formation and Development;
Phase 2: Facilitation and Support; and
Phase 3: Assessment and Report.
