This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.
The RFQ number is N0060426Q4016. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06/Effective Date 10-01-2025 and DFARS Publication Notice, 10 November 2025.
It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The 2022 NAICS code is 611699 (All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction) and the Small Business Standard is $16.5 million. This requirement is unrestricted to firms and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order (PO). The Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the total small business set-aside acquisition strategy.
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office requests responses from qualified small business sources capable of providing VERTICAL WIND TUNNEL FACILITY SERVICES as listed within Attachments (1) and (2).
