General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a cost-plus-incentive-fee (CPIF) modification to a previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-4312 for the engineered overhaul (EOH) of the USS HARTFORD (SSN 768).
