| Bid Synopsis: | The City of Madison seeks a consultant for planning, feasibility and engineering efforts for the Perry Street connection project. This initiative is part of the City’s strategy to connect South Madison’s neighborhoods with services and jobs and address longstanding mobility needs. The proposed project will evaluate connections of Perry Street across the Beltline Highway (US Highways 12/14/18/151), which was constructed almost 70 years ago. The proposed extension of Perry Street over or under the Beltline will allow vehicles, buses, pedestrians, and cyclists to access the businesses and services located south of the highway. | |
