The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Absorbent Diversion services at Dobbins Air Reserve Base to divert industrial waste absorbent rags/pads from industrial waste and hazardous waste landfills. Absorbent materials shall be provided by the contractor in standard bundles of 200 absorbent pads and 1000 shop towels. Approx 60 drums of pads and 15 drums of shop towels per year will be required, with required pickup of same number of dirty absorbents to be cleaned and recycled. The contractor shall be able to clean and reuse or recycle the used absorbent pads and shop towels which have been used with any of the following organic materials: jet fuel, gasoline, engine oil, turbine oil, synthetic oil, hydraulic fluid, synthetic hydraulic fluid, grease, petroleum distillates, methyl ethyl ketone, toluene, listed solvents and ignitable solvents
