Description View Changes
1. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); it is a source sought notice for market research purposes.

2. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking Technical Support Services for the Long-Term Operation of the Central Valley Project. A draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.

3. This will be a hybrid contract, including both Firm Fixed Price and Labor-Hour components.

4. The contract will span 5 years, consisting of one base year plus four optional years.

5. Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

6. Firms capable of providing the services and tasks outlined in the attached PWS are invited to submit a capability statement that clearly demonstrates their ability to fulfill the requirements.

7. Responses should include the following information: company name, address, UEI number, point of contact, and business size.

8. Please send all responses to Davinder Kullar at dkullar@usbr.gov by May 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM (PST).
