Description / Background:
The City invites qualified firms and organizations experienced in managing mitigation properties to submit written proposals for providing native landscape and maintenance management services for the Hickory Creek Mitigation Project. Mitigation site activities include, but are not limited to, the removal of non-natives, native plant protection, restoration and enhancement activities, and monthly reports that are consistent with the overall objectives of the
Project Documents
(Regulatory Permits, Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan, Long-Term Management Plan).
Pre-Bid Meeting/Job Walk: N/A. A pre-bid meeting/job walk will not be provided. However, proposers are encouraged to visit the site on their own.

The submittal package shall include the following: Three (3) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and two (2) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Cost Proposal”; and a signed W-9.

Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included with the proposal.
