The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to provide Government responses to questions submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions. Response to one (1) question resulted in changes to the solicitation. These changes have been identified in the attachment, though the Government does not intend to release a corrected version of the impacted solicitation section.
