IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the VHA s Network Contracting Office 23 awarded a proposed contract action exceeding $25,000.00 for the VA Fargo to have their GE Bone Scanner to have a maintenance/service contract. Only one (1) responsible source IAW procedures prescribed in FAR 13.106. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. This public notice is also IAW FAR 6.305. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 811210. For additional information regarding this action, please contact the above POC.
