Project Description: The City of Tempe is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract for various types of newspaper advertising including legal and classified advertising. The City is seeking to target both the City of Tempe (weekly publication) and State-wide (daily publication) for various publications for legal and employment notices.
