- Summary:The project is generally described as a 10,000 sf, single story, steel frame, masonry wall office building with an additional 10,000 sf of below grade mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and crawl space. The scope of work includes demolition of all HVAC systems, lights, and lighting controls. New HVAC equipment shall be provided including, but not limited to new condensing boilers and pumps, one new air handling unit, two new ductless split AC units, new DDC controls with new central BMS. New lighting and lighting controls shall also be provided.
