Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by Saskatchewan Government Insurance (“SGI”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Cleaning Services at all Saskatoon locations as further described in the RFP. It is SGI’s intent to enter into contract with one proponent for full-time cleaning services for seven (7) locations in Regina. The term of the agreement will be for two (2) years with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The agreement will have a staggered start for all the locations, meaning each location will start at a different date based on a schedule that will be discussed and agreed to between the successful proponent and SGI. This RFP includes mandatory site walkthroughs for all locations.
