Mount Vernon Streetscape

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Oxford Borough for Mount Vernon Streetscape until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 2nd day of July 2025, at which time they will be opened and the bid results posted.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
This project involves the installation of rain gardens and associated soil and plantings, storm sewer pipe, water and sanitary sewer main, concrete curb, and asphalt milling and paving.
There will be an optional pre-bid meeting held on June 18, 2025 at 10:00am on site (approx. address 204 E. Mount Vernon Street).
Questions may be asked through the PennBID system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, June 27, 2025.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
