Project Description: Lower Makefield Township is replacing an existing Culvert that is located along Highland Drive. Currently, the existing culvert is in very poor condition and does not have the capacity needed for the stream to flow during bigger storms. This project aims to increase the size of the culvert, rehabilitate and expand the scope of the existing separate storm system, and provide additional controlled flow capacity during high intensity storm events.
