Request for Information - Procurement Platform and Procure-to-Pay

This Request for Information (the “RFI”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit responses for the purposes of gathering information to assist SaskTel in determining potential future purchasing options and requirements for a cloud-based Procurement Platform as well as an Automated Invoicing (Procure-to-Pay) system, as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

A high-level overview of procurement platform requirements by SaskTel:

• A cloud-based solution that enables SaskTel buyers to easily develop RFx events
• The ability to evaluate RFx within proposed platform
• Provides an easy and efficient opportunity for suppliers to create supplier profiles
• A user-interface that is easy to use from the Buyer and supplier perspective
• A robust data analytics platform to assist Buyers with contract management and supplier performance
• Integration into SAP
• A high-level overview of the automated invoice requirements by SaskTel:

Demonstrates how to shorten the invoice payment cycle from a manual process (current state) to a touchless process (future state)

Participation process:
Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
