Description
Purpose: To provide Janitorial Services: Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) Crime Lab, Bemidji, located at 3700 North Norris Court NW, Bemidji, MN 56601.
Due to the secure nature of the building, services must be provided during regular daytime business hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Contractor will provide services five days a week, Monday through Friday, except for State holidays.
The Contractor will provide labor and mechanical equipment to complete janitorial tasks. The Contractor must provide all mechanical cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, etc.)
The State will supply brooms, brushes, mops, pails, cleaning chemicals, trash can liners, paper towels, toilet tissue, sanitary disposable bags, and tampons. The Contractor will only use supplies and chemicals that have been supplied for use.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on October 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, 3700 North Norris Court NW, Bemidji, MN 56601. Responses received from responders that did not attend the pre-proposal meeting will be rejected.
To register for the pre-proposal meeting, email Nathaniel Pearlson at nat.pearlson@state.mn.us. by October 10, 2024.
Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting may not be admitted into the facility.
Questions should be emailed to erin.snaza@state.mn.us by 2:00 pm on October 15, 2024. Other personnel are not authorized to answer questions regarding this Solicitation.
This Contract has defined Insurance Requirements, please closely review Exhibit B: Insurance Requirements in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document attached to this solicitation.
The detailed specifications and task list is in the Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document attached to this solicitation.
