| Solicitation Document Description: |
This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Complete Professional and Technical Services for the Design, Preparation of Tender Documents and Contract Administration for the Proposed State of Good Repair work to the Agincourt Recreation Centre, 31 Glen Watford Drive, Toronto, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables)
The Winning Bidder is also expected to coordinate with other entities e.g. Toronto Hydro, Ministry of Transportation, and Toronto Water, as deemed necessary for the completion of the Project. The scope of work shall also include Net Zero Feasibility Studies to assess the potential for achieving net zero operational emissions, as described in the Net Zero Scope of Work for SOGR. | Pre-Bid Meeting: |
Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The mandatory meeting will take place at 11 am local time on March 18, 2025, at the Agincourt Recreation Centre Main Entrance/Lobby, 31 Glen Watford Drive, Toronto. Meetings will not be available at any other times.
Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. Questions may be asked at the site meeting; however, they are not considered part of an official record and have no bearing on the terms of the contract unless they are submitted in writing to the City. A record of questions and answers from emails as deemed will be distributed in the form of an addendum and posted on the City's online call documents system. Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
