Project Description: Harris Health is seeking proposals from qualified vendors with the experience, capabilities, and proven qualifications to provide external proficiency testing required to maintain its accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) as required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
