Various Ceiling Repairs and Replacements - Educational Services Center/SECEP Building

Chesapeake Public Schools is soliciting pricing to have the following scope of work performed:

Remove plaster ceilings; metal lathe all surface-mounted light fixtures, conduit, and all other miscellaneous items. Replace with new "ACT" drop layin ceilings. All areas and the site shall be clean of all debris.

The District seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured vendors to provide Various Ceiling Repairs and Replacements - Educational Services Center/SECEP Building .

Through this Invitation To Bid (IFB), the District is seeking to identify one or more vendors who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments.
