Description:

HCD encourages its leadership team to participate in and receive the coaching necessary to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities to effectively perform their duties. The Contractor will be working directly with HCD Human Resources Branch (HRB) to develop and provide Departmentwide leadership coaching by implementing various coaching sessions, tools, personality assessments, strength finders and administer the learning and improvement of the leadership.
