THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The National Park Services hereby gives notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to:

The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued.
