FRANK WESTON GARDEN HARDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS

This invitation to bid is for the Town of Wethersfield to retain a contractor to complete hardscape improvements within and surrounding the Frank Weston Garden located immediately south of the Town Hall and Public Library complex at 505 Silas Deane Highway. The work primarily includes the removal and disposal of existing brick paver sidewalks, removal of a stairway and replacement with concrete steps having a slate covering and railings, and the installation of new permeable paver sidewalks with flush and raised cobblestone edging around garden areas. The work includes drainage improvements and the installation of water irrigation tubing.
